How it all started
Tolley & Hill PLLC a Florida Keys Accounting Firm was established in 2011 when a pair of powerhouse Certified Public Accountants, Shawn W. Tolley and Audra L. Hill, decided to join forces and establish a dynamic accounting firm that is always accountable.
A multi-dimensional, full-service firm, Tolley & Hill PLLC offers accounting, tax, business advisory, estate, litigation support, financial planning and auditing services and more. The firm’s client base is also wide-ranging, and includes numerous local and national businesses across a variety of industries.
In addition to its professional accounting acumen, Tolley & Hill PLLC prides itself on accountability in the community. The firm offers strong support and service to several local businesses and charities, and participates in and sponsors many regional charity events.

Shawn Tolley
CPA & Founder
Shawn W. Tolley earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 1997. Shawn became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999, and worked for Mull & Associates and Berman, Swichkow, et al before forming his own firm, Shawn W. Tolley CPA, PA, in 2001. In 2011, Shawn teamed with Audra L. Hill to launch Tolley & Hill, PLLC. Locally, Shawn has served on the board of directors for the Good Health Clinic since 2005, and is currently President of Sandal Factory, Inc. (and related entities). Shawn gives many volunteer hours back to the community by assisting numerous local charitable organizations with their accounting, policies and procedures.
Audra Hill Wallace
CPA & Founder
Audra Hill Wallace earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Stetson University before securing her Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami. Audra began working for Binstock, Rubin, et al in 2003, received her Certified Public Accounting license in 2006, and merged with Shawn W. Tolley to launch Tolley & Hill, PLLC in 2011. Audra is involved in many organizations throughout the Keys, and currently serves on the Mariners Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, Baptist Health Facilities Committee, Baptist Health Operating Board, Islamorada Fishing Club, Jack Hill Childcare Center, and Monroe County School Board Budget Committee.
